Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream is the 3rd game in the Touhou series. It was released in 1997 at Comiket 53.
The gameplay consists of 2 players battle against each other indirectly by charging and releasing attacks to the opponent. This gameplay style is also featured in Phantasmagoria of Flower View and Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost.
The story revolves around the discovery of strange ruins, where only one person can enter and would be well-rewarded for doing so, seven characters proceed to engage in a big battle.
Once the winner enters the ruins, they find visitors from an another world, and find their motives less than acceptable.

She teaches comparative physics at a university. She doesn't look like it, but she's already 18, which is quite young to be a professor.
In Yumemi's world, all the forces such as gravity, electromagnetism, and atomic power have been resolved under a unified theory, which has been proven to explain all known forces in the world. Yumemi believes there may be a force that doesn't fit in this theory - "magic".
However, when she announced her theory to the academic community, she became a laughing stock.
Yumemi came to this world to get even with the academy, but...
